You'll find a host of amenities on the doorstep and easy access to the city by bus or train. Enjoy a stroll on Sandymount Strand (200m away) after a day of sight-seeing, before sampling one of the many great eateries in the village. You'll be spoiled for choice!

The space

Our popular guest suite has recently been re-configured exclusively for solo travellers. As well as privacy, comfort, and style - just what the weary tourist needs after a hard day's sight-seeing! - it now offers a dedicated workspace, with reliable high-speed wifi, for those who need to stay in touch.

A separate entrance door opens to a small lobby with a table and seating. There's no kitchen, but a microwave, mini-fridge, and kettle are provided for those who prefer to dine at home from one of our local gourmet takeaways - or breakfast on a coffee and pastry from our great choice of excellent cafes.
The bright bedroom has great storage, a super-comfortable small double bed (120cm), black-out blinds for those bright summer mornings, and a separate desk/workspace. The shower-room is spacious and modern, with hot water on demand. Top quality cotton bed & bath linens, feather & down pillows and duvet, and hand-made soaps complete this special offering.

The suite is furnished in a clean, contemporary style, with original Irish artworks and many unique design touches. There's good high-speed internet access and USB sockets, though our selection of Irish literature and guidebooks may tempt guests to ditch the screens and immerse themselves in the Dublin experience!

Guests also have access to a seating area in the pretty front garden, and there's ample free on-street parking on our road.
