Welcome to Wrights Summer Cottage. A Tiny house that’s modern and stylish with all the conveniences to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. When you aren't hiking or mountain biking through canyons or fishing at the lake, enjoy the blue skies from the property's front porch.

The Tiny House has been designed for groups up to 4. This is a place where you can relax, recharge and unwind after your days have been spent kicking up dirt on the trails in the National and State Parks, mountain biking through Red Canyon or fishing at the many lakes and streams surrounding us. We have heaters in every room and seasonal AC available.

-Bed & Bath
The master bedroom is equipped with queen sized bed with a 12" memory foam mattress, extra blankets, reading books, phone charger and fan. The en-suite bathroom has on-demand hot water, built in heater, washer/dryer combo, blow dryer, laundry detergent (regular and unscented), and Puracy brand Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Hand soap. Puracy creates the most natural, organic, plant based and hypoallergenic cleaning essentials made in the USA.

-Living Room
Has been designed for comfort after a long day. Enjoy the massage chair, or large leather sofa while watching the 40" smart TV loaded with all the best apps. Log in to your own account or use ours. We have HULU Live, HBOMAX, Disney+, Prime to name a few. The sofa does pull out into a queen sized bed. All linens, pillows and blankets can be found in the Master Bedroom closet. Games, extra maps, and playing cards can be located in the ottoman.

-Kitchen & Dining
This modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal. The cabinets are stocked with spices, oil and a complete set of cookware. We have a Keurig Kpod Coffee machine and offer a variety of coffees, hot cocoa, flavored syrups as well as a large variety of teas. The dining table seats 4.

- Front Porch
The front porch is completely covered. There are two chairs and a small table to relax at. Off to the side we provide a propane BBQ grill. There is also a retractable clothesline if you would like to dry your clothes naturally. The grassy front is ideal to enjoy the night sky. Being in the mountains affords us some great views as we do not have much in the way of light pollution.

I have hiked this area extensively and would love to provide you with current trail information, hiking tips and advice on outdoor activities.

PET POLICY: No animals are allowed due to allergies. We can give you the number for a local boarding company.

*Please note that this Private Rental is on our Main Resident property and you will see us from time to time maintaining the yard or just out enjoying the day.

The tiny house has keyless entry, the code will be sent to you the day of check in.

Panguitch is located in a valley surrounded by mountains and sits at an elevation of 6,667 feet with a population less than 2,000. You will see a varying amount of animals from time to time. Depending on the season the ranches will have cows, horses, goats, and lambs. Driving from different locations in the county you might be able to see, Mule Deer, Elk, Prairie Dogs, Pronghorn Antelope, Squirrels, a variety of bird species such as Red Tailed Hawks, Bald Eagles, Golden Eagles and Turkey Vultures.
