The Summit at Ridge Top Resort is the tip top of the mountain with views of Mount Leconte but so much convenience in the heart of Pigeon Forge. 5 minutes to the Parkway. 7 to Dollywood. 5-10 minutes to almost every major attraction in Pigeon Forge. 25 to downtown Gatlinburg. Easy access to Wears Valley and Sevierville. 7 minutes to the Island and the Mountain Mile - similar to the shoppes of Tanger Outlet Mall. Fully renovated tiny-home style cabins that have huge amenities and feel much larger than they are. Perfect for a couples getaway.

I have personally with my family renovated each of these cabins and the grounds. We have paid attention to every detail in the hopes of re-building the best little cabins we possibly could. I hope you find them as amazing as we are proud of them. The location, views, amenities and styling are second to none in our biased opinion.

A Keypad Lock is on the door. Push the "schlage" button. It will turn the keypad blue (this clears the lock). Then punch in the code provided in the welcome message. Hit the schlage button again and turn the deadbolt knob. To re lock simply hit the schlage button and turn the deadbolt knob.

The Smoky Mountains are the native habitat for many creatures big and small. This includes bears, mice, snakes, and bugs. We do our best to keep the critters out and have regular pest-control service but every once in a while a critter may find its way near your home - especially Asian Beetles and Stink Bugs. This does not mean the unit has not been fully cleaned - it has. They are persistent little guys.

There is composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that affects this resort and as far away as the parkway and Dollywood. This is generally not a significant issue but depends entirely on wind, time of the year or day, weather conditions and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time - while entirely random, it can and does occur at points throughout the year. The location, views and amenities we hope outweigh this potential inconvenience.

Excavation sometimes occurs at the rear of the cabin down a ravine behind the property about a quarter mile. Excavation equipment can be present during daytime hours during the week. This is random the extent or nature of the work, but it is worth noting. Guests at the cabins next to this cabin have never mentioned this as an issue as of the creation of this listing. A noise machine is in the bedroom if any potential noise became problematic.

Steely Dan is not a private secluded cabin. There are cabins in close proximity in the village. That said, we have built privacy into the cabin by using privacy fencing to create a private back yard space for the cabin that does provide a level of seclusion.

A starter pack of items is provided by our cleaners as is standard to the area - 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher packs and soaps. 4 towels are provided. If you need additional items, the Food City is located less than 5 minutes away for them. Only bedding for the bed is provided - if a third guest is to be included in the stay, bedding will need to be provided by the guest for the fold-down couch.
